Blending the physical suspension of aerial yoga with the specific astrological energy.
The Sun forms a sextile with Neptune. This transit is highly spiritual, making it an ideal day to transition from the physical “gravity” of the hammock into the “ethereal” vibrations of sound healing.
“New Beginnings and Stillness“
Using aerial yoga to find a unique “center of gravity” that isn’t possible on the floor. Using the resonance of sound to create an internal stillness that resets the nervous system for the year ahead.
“Finding your center in the space between.”
Including heart-openers like “floating” backbends to symbolize opening up to 2025.
Using lower frequencies (gongs & large bowls) during the “gravity-focused” aerial portion for grounding, and transition to higher frequencies (like crystal bowls) for the “Neptune-inspired” final meditation.
Using rosemary & sage to align with the Virgo Moon for clarity and cleansing.
