Part 1: 20-Minute Gong Bath (Active Sound) Description:
The session begins with gentle, resonant gong strokes, gradually increasing in intensity or varying in rhythm to create a sound bath, often using gongs, singing bowls, or tuning forks.
Purpose:
The complex frequencies and vibrations are designed to facilitate a shift in brainwave patterns, moving from active beta states to more relaxed alpha and theta states, reducing stress, and fostering emotional release.Experience: The sound bath offers a “quiet” practice designed for rest and healing, with sound waves breaking up thought patterns and providing a therapeutic, meditative experience.
Part 2:
20-Minute Silent Meditation (Stillness)Description: Following the sound, a sustained period of silence allows the vibrations and emotional shifts to settle. Often, a final gong note signals the transition from sound to silence, which may be punctuated by a final bell.
Purpose: This silence allows participants to deeply integrate the experience, fostering inner peace and a profound, quiet awareness.
Experience: The silence acts as a space to observe thoughts, feelings, and sensations that emerged during the sound session, encouraging a deep, unguided, and introspective state.

Crafted to provide an experience of getting the body in touch with itself then moving to the more subtle states of yoga , nidra and sound journey.
Using aerial yoga to find a unique “center of gravity” that isn’t possible on the floor. Using the resonance of sound to create an internal stillness that rets the nervous system.
“Finding your center in the space between.”
Including heart-openers like “floating” backbends.
Using lower frequencies (gongs & large bowls) during the “gravity-focused” aerial portion for grounding, and transition to higher frequencies (like crystal bowls)
